On April 15th, 2016, the researcher of future trends Lars Thomsen gave a lecture at the Kaiserhof. In the lecture he also explained how adventurous his journey from Zurich to his legendary lecture October 2013 on the future of the car industry conference in Graz was. The supercharger at the hotel Kaiserhof was only opened 11 months later and the first Tesla-S from Lars Thomsen did not have the possibility to charge with three-phase current, only with 32 A AC. Logical stopover for the journey Zurich to Graz was, of course, the Kaiserhof.
